After graduating from St Andrew’s University, Scotland, with an M.A. in French with linguistics in 2005, Sally decided to specialise in technical and scientific translation. She crossed the channel to further her studies with a Master’s degree in technical writing and translation at the University of Western Brittany in Brest.
With her Masters under her belt, Sally was recruited as a technical translator by a research and training centre in the field of the environment. This opportunity was the chance to gain field experience in a wide range of fields.
Building on this experience, in 2008 Sally decided to embark on an entrepreneurial adventure and created Alba Traduction, a company specialised in technical and scientific translation, based in Quimper, Brittany.
Ever since, Sally has been working passionately to ensure each and every project is delivered to the highest standards of service and quality.
